Registration and re-enrollment

To find out how to register and re-enroll for a doctorate contact your doctoral school.

Request for a PASS’UBFC student card: send a photo (JPEG format) by e-mail to the Doctoral Studies Office: stephanie.barillot@u-bourgogne.fr

If you were previously registered at UBE, there’s no need to be issued a new card. Simply affix the “doctoral student for the current year” hologram.

• If you lose your card: send the form along with a cheque for €8 made payable to the Régisseur des recettes to the Doctoral Studies Office at stephanie.barillot@u-bourgogne.fr.
• In the event of theft, please submit a theft report to the police.
