Doctorate
The training of a PhD student resolves around research and its valorization, including expertise and consulting.
PhD studies are open to students holding a master’s degree delivered in France and to international students with equivalent qualifications. Each research team is forms part of a doctoral school which brings together related scientific fields. The PhD program lasts 36 months. After writing a dissertation and defending it before a jury, students are awarded a doctorate from the University of Burgundy.
Under the supervision of a thesis director, doctoral students participate in the scientific activities of the University of Burgundy’s research units.
