My digital services
Université Bourgogne Europe provides a range of digital tools for its student and teaching community. For example, you can download teams and the Office 365 license free of charge, work remotely on the Moodle platform, reserve work rooms on Affluences, etc. Find out more about all the services available to support your learning and develop new skills below.
ENT and Wifi
ENT – My digital space
As soon as you register at the UBE, you’ll be given a computer account. This enables you to connect to your Digital Work Space (Environnement Numérique de Travail, ENT).
This gives you access to:
– your student e-mail account (prenom_nom@etu.ube.fr)
– your exam timetable and results
– your administrative file, enabling you to re-enroll or download a certificate of enrollment
– the university wifi network (find out more on the digital assistance website).
Teams / Office 365
Once your ENT account has been activated, you can benefit free of charge from the Microsoft tools made available to you by the UBE.
In addition to word processing, spreadsheet and desktop publishing software, you’ll also be able to access the Teams dialogue and collaboration tool.

Plubel – Moodle
The PLUBEL-MOODLE platform enables you to follow your courses online (download your courses, submit your assignments, have access to pedagogical follow-up and tutoring, use the forum) and take your exams online in a secure environment.
You will receive your platform access codes once you have registered. To access your courses, you need to activate your Université Bourgogne Europe e-mail address beforehand, by going to the Digital Work Space (Espace Numérique de Travail, ENT).

Compilatio – anti-plagiarism tool
From your ENT, under the “My Teachings” tab, you can connect to the Compilatio anti-plagiarism software. It is accessible to university staff and students:
- The “Magister” tool is for teachers. It is a correction aid that detects possible plagiarism.
- The “Studium” tool is a self-assessment and bibliography aid that helps prevent plagiarism.
As a student, you can create a Compilatio account with access to the Studium service. Creating an account is free of charge; all you need to do is fill in the form available by clicking on the following link: https: //app.compilatio.net/v5/register/studium
Once the form has been validated, you will receive an activation link by e-mail to activate your new account.
Once the account has been activated, you can log in from the login page: https: //app.compilatio.net/v5/login
Université Bourgogne Europe has set up a Studium referral program, which you can take advantage of by following these steps:
- Log in to your Compilatio account
- Click on the [Buy] button in the top right-hand corner of the interface.
- From October 1, 2023, you’ll need to enter the following code: B5113134

Online assistance
Forgot your login details for accessing your timetable, exam results, student mailbox…?
There are several ways to recover them:
- consult the Frequently Asked Questions – Digital Assistance
- contact guichet-unique@ube.fr
Please note that your ENT login details are only kept for one year after you leave the UBE. After this period, if you wish to retrieve your diplomas or transcripts, you will need to contact the Registrar‘s Office.

Loans of equipment
The laptop loan program is closed for the 2024-2025 academic year. All equipment has been lent out.
A few 4G keys with a 50GB monthly subscription are still available.

Filesender: sending large files by e-mail
As a student or member of staff at the Université Bourgogne Europe, you can take advantage of the Filsender secure transfer service for large files. To do so, go to https://filesender.renater.fr/, log in with your ENT login and follow the sending procedure.

Wooclap
Wooclap is an online quizzing tool that your teachers can get you to use during class.
✋ How do I use Wooclap?
To log in to your Wooclap account:
- Click here. (https://app.wooclap.com/auth/login)
- Choose the connection method “Connect via a school.”
- Select “Université Bourgogne Europe” from the drop-down list.
- Confirm your choice by clicking on “Go to login screen.”
- Then click on “Accept” at the bottom of the “UBE identity federation” screen.

Wooflash
Wooflash is a complementary tool to Wooclap. It is an intelligent, collaborative microlearning platform based on neuroeducational principles that enhance learning. Wooflash enables teachers to create and share review content in the form of fun quizzes, while tracking their students’ progress. As a student, you can use the tool to create your own revision quizzes.
How do I use Wooflash?
To log in to your Wooflash account:
- Click here. (https://app.wooflash.com/auth/login)
- Choose the connection method “Connect via your University.”
- Select “Université Bourgogne Europe” from the drop-down list.
- Then click on “Accept” at the bottom of the “UBE identity federation” screen.
You can also download the Wooflash application on your smartphone via your usual platforms.
