Presentation and missions

Éditions Universitaires de Dijon (EUD) is the publishing house of the Université Bourgogne Europe. Since 1928, it has been dedicated to the dissemination and promotion of research. With a catalog of nearly 700 titles and approximately thirty works published each year, it serves the teaching and research staff of the Université Bourgogne Europe, but is also open to authors from other horizons.

Partnerships

The EUD has a number of partnerships with French and foreign institutions, to which it offers access to a distribution system. These include various French and foreign universities, Suisei-sha Editions (Tokyo), SACEM, the “Law and Justice” research mission, the UNESCO Chair in “Culture and wine-making traditions,” the Archeological Society of Easter France, the Romain Rolland Association, the Pasteur Institute, the Mérieux Foundation and the Center for Taste and Food Sciences.
