    Career Orientation & Soft Skills Courses | FORTHEM 

    As a student, are you looking to find the profession that best suits you and your personality? Do you want to increase the chances of successfully applying for your dream job? Do you seek to learn vital skills needed in the workplace and to take your English skills to a new level? 

    Our Career Orientation Courses will help you achieve all this… and much more! 

    Each semester, the FORTHEM Alliance offers its students free online courses and workshops in English that help you with your career orientation, job applications as well as important soft and communication skills. All courses are offered by experts in their field, and you can get a certificate of participation upon request.

    Interested in participating? 

    1 – Register in the Career Center of Mainz University (if you have not done so already) where you can find more information about each course. Please use a private browser window to ensure that there is no conflict with your home university platform. As “Course/Program”, please select your home university.  

    2 – Apply for the course of your choice via the links above (or find the course directly in our Career Center). Each course has a different application deadline – you will receive confirmation after registration starting about a week before the course.
