The University Institute of Vine and Wine (IUVV)

The IUVV, founded in 1994, is the result of a tradition of training and research in vine sciences and oenology that began in 1856 at the University under the auspices of Claude Ladrey. It offers six initial training degrees (Bachelor’s, Master’s, DNO) and a wide range of continuing education programs. The research conducted within the various local units is internationally recognized by professionals and academics. The Institute also manages the uB’s wine estate.
