The Université Bourgogne Europe Foundation: a lever for our institution

Created in November 2023, the Université Bourgogne Europe Foundation aims to support university life and to assist the university in its missions of education, research and innovation. It is based on the principle of patronage, which enables private players (companies, individuals, etc.) to provide financial or material support for projects of general interest.
In a university environment that is constantly evolving, and in a region with a rich cultural and scientific heritage, the Foundation aims to contribute to the institution’s dynamism by facilitating new initiatives and strengthening the links between the university and its environment.
Without taking the place of public funding, the Foundation aims to intervene in strategic areas for the future of the university and society:
- Training students and improving their quality of life
- Innovation, research and teaching
- The reputation of the institution
- Teaching methods and the dissemination of knowledge
- The university’s scientific, technical and cultural heritage
- Entrepreneurship within the university community
- Degrees awarded by the Université Bourgogne Europe, by developing links with its alumni
International cooperation
These orientations guide the actions to come. Designed as an evolving, collaborative tool, the Foundation aims to support the university in its ambitions and adapt to the challenges of tomorrow, building its impact through the projects and contributions of its community.
Its development therefore depends on everyone’s commitment: everyone, at their own level, can contribute by supporting initiatives, sharing their expertise or forging partnerships.
