40 members: 16 representatives of teaching-research staff, 16 student representatives, 4 representatives of library, engineering, administrative, technical, service and healthcare staff (BIATSS) and 4 outside personalities.
The Academics and University Life Commission (CFVU ) is consulted on academic programs in the various components of the university and adopts:
- the allocation of resources for academic programs as allocated by the Administrative Council and subject to compliance with the strategic framework for its allocation, as defined by the Administrative Council
- examination regulations
- academic evaluation regulations
- measures to ensure the success of as many students as possible
- measures to enable the implementation of student guidance and the validation of prior learning, to facilitate students’ entry into working life and to promote cultural, sporting, social and community activities for students, as well as measures to improve living and working conditions…
- measures to promote and develop interactions between science and society, initiated and led by students or teacher-researchers, both within the establishment and in the region where it is located.the measures required to welcome and ensure the success of students with disabilities or incapacitating health conditions, in accordance with the obligations incumbent on higher education establishments under Article L. 123-4-2 of the French Education Code.
