40 members : including 17 representatives of professors and similar staff, 3 representatives of persons qualified to direct research, 8 representatives of other PhDs, 1 representative of other teaching and research staff, 2 representatives of engineers and technicians, 1 representative of other support staff, 4 PhD students and 4 outside personalities.

Responsibilities :

The Research Commission distributes the resources earmarked for research as allocated by the Administrative Council and subject to the strategic framework for its distribution, as defined by the Administrative Council.

It sets the operating rules for laboratories and is consulted on agreements with research organizations.

It adopts measures to enable students to develop the dissemination of scientific, technical and industrial culture.
